• Maintain 54 (08 hours double shift) sewing lines feeding through ERP,• Centrally monitored ratio plan,• Budgeted more than 90% Marker efficiency and achieve towards to that,• Following pilot project with no delay,• Maintain fabric relaxation SOP strictly to avoid final production measurement problem,• Forecasting 4 days feeding visibility with operation team,• Maximum utilization of cutting table through efficient table plan,• Manage and balance manpower in efficient way,• Utilize fabric as per cut order consumption,• Advise short shipment in advance by analyzing fabric inhouse & avoid short shipment,• Maintain proper housekeeping and sustain accordingly,• Maintain 3 days WIP into sewing to avoid poor line feeding,• Ensuring Laying, Cutting and Numbering production as per target with quality,• Inventory movement and control e.g store to cutting and cutting to sewing floor,• Having basic knowledge about bonding/seam less program.
