Kartu Prakerja, as the inaugural program initiated by the Indonesian government, focuses on skill enhancement through training. It is built upon a collaborative framework bridging the public and private sectors, with technology as its core. In this capacity, my role is monitoring compliance and the quality of training, as well as building partnerships with monitoring expert teams from various institutions (universities and NGOs), and conducting monitoring on digital platforms. And also, I perform analyses on the monitoring findings.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Managed the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process for Kartu Prakerja's nationwide program, overseeing over 1,000 training sessions and 200 training institutions, to ensure compliance with program standards and generate reliable data for impact assessment and policy adjustments- Compiling high-quality reports summarizing monitoring results, analysis, and recommendations, and communicating these to management and stakeholders- Maintained open communication with stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships, ensuring the program met the diverse needs of participants across Indonesia- Coordinating with both private and public institutions, including 11 universities and 1 NGO, to support an independent and high-quality monitoring process- Communicating monitoring results, analyses, and improvement actions clearly and effectively to various stakeholders- others ad-hoc task
