Iman has over 15 years experience in project management in ICT industry. He managed more than 10 projects by applying the most popular project management standards and methodologies such as PMBOK and Prince2. He is graduated from the University of Melbourne in the Master of Engineering project management. He holds many accreditations in project management including PMP, RMP, Prince2, Managing successful programmes (MSP) and management of portfolios (MOP).On the other side, he has extensive experience and proven capability in implementing IT service management and IT Governance. He holds ITIL V3 Expert certificate and successfully implemented ITIL in 6 large scale companies. About his training experience, it needs to be said that he has delivered more than 100 courses in both project management and IT service management areas including PMP, Prince2, MOP, ITIL, COBIT and ISO 20000.
