Internship Experience:Assistant Supervisor and Leader of the Batch Intern[One Diversity SDN. BHD.] - Subcontractor for Setia Eco Glades, CyberjayaJune 2023 - December 2023 (6 months)During my 6-month internship, I had the remarkable opportunity to take on the roles of Assistant Supervisor and Leader of the Batch Intern at One Diversity SDN. BHD., a subcontractor for the prestigious Setia Eco Glades project in Cyberjaya. Our primary responsibility was to address and rectify defect works, ensuring the highest quality standards.As the Assistant Supervisor, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in project management, quality control, and team coordination. I worked closely with the site team, overseeing the progress of defect rectification works and ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.Additionally, as the Leader of the Batch Intern, I mentored and guided a team of fellow interns, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating their learning experiences on the job site. This role allowed me to develop leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork strategies.Throughout this internship, I had the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during my studies to real-world scenarios, further enhancing my understanding of the construction industry.
