Hello! My name is Hossain Iman. I am from Bangladesh and graduated from the International Studies Department of the Liberal Arts Faculty at Tokai University in September 2019. I am interested in intercultural communication and studied in that field for four years. In my circle activities, I held events where foreign children living in Japan could learn about Japanese culture and other cultures. During my student days, I worked part-time at a food manufacturer called campaign.I have got offers to work in this company from the company woner.I am currently working at that company.Work Experience:On-site employee Compagne Hiratsuka Factory 2019-2020 I was in charge of the confectionery department. My main duties were to create production schedules, create shift schedules for workers, confirm 5S, and check semi-finished product inventory. It was my first time working as a full-time employee, and I was very excited. I was able to build relationships with many foreigners. I also supported trainees from Vietnam.Packaging staff Compagne Hadano Factory, Head Office 2020-2021 I experienced packaging and shipping operations in the post-manufacturing process. After the manufacturing process of the products was completed, I was in charge of vacuum packing, sealer packing, and other tasks. After the packaging work was completed, I checked for any problems. I was also in charge of shipping some of the products.Material management and procurement Compagne Hadan Factory, Head Office 2021-present I am currently in charge of material management, delivery management, document sorting, and storage management at Company YU. We purchase packaging materials from two companies for use in the Hadano factory’s manufacturing process. I communicate with the contact person at each trading partner via email. I am in charge of 10 companies (Kaneka, Nissin, Maruichi, Adika, Takanishi Sales, etc.) that are responsible for packaging and some of the raw materials.Once a month, I am in charge of inventory management at the Hadano factory.Education:Tokai University, Separate Course (Japanese Language) April 2014 to 2015 I studied Japanese.Tokai University, Faculty of Liberal Arts, International Studies Department 2015-2019 I studied intercultural communication and international relations.I can speak Japanese, English, Hindi, Bengali, and Urdu
