Executive Assistant / Business Coordinator, Customer Service / Meeting Management within Customer Service & Remarketing Provide assistance to North America CEO and support the VP of Customer Service and the VP of RemarketingCoordinate business monthly briefings and press releases, takeaways, annual business initiatives and annual budget reports for all business units.* Process expense reports, corporate & meeting cards and SAP requisitions.* Plan and organize Dealer meetings, Remarketing Committee meetings and Customer Service Committee meetings in addition to special events.* Accountable for development & execution of meetings, events, conferences, tradeshows and seminars that support all 5 business units of Customer Service Department and Remarketing Dept.* Initiate meeting/event concept and goal objective budget - forecast & track budgets in excess of $2 million. * Research venues, negotiate contract terms, support agenda, oversee registration process/needs, plan menus, onsite logistics and tradeshow requests.* Handle logistics involved with flawless execution of meeting/event details. * Support collaborative relationships with other internal business units and effectively meet deadlines established with the execution of a specific meeting/event.* Supervise and train temporary support personnel working on specific meeting/event.* Provide onsite support during execution of meeting/event.* Identify and escalate meetings risk issues that usually arise with the planning and execution of meetings/events.
