The acronym ERP stands for "Enterprise Resource Planning". It refers to the systems and software packages used by organizations to manage day-to-day business activities, such as accounting, procurement, project management and manufacturing. ERP systems tie together and define a plethora of business processes and enable the flow of data between them. By collecting an organization’s shared transactional data from multiple sources, ERP systems eliminate data duplication and provide data integrity with a “single source of truth.” Today, ERP systems are critical for managing thousands of businesses of all sizes and in all industries. To these companies, ERP is as indispensable as the electricity that keeps the lights on.

The Institute for International Energy Studies is one of the post-graduate educational and research institutes functioning under the Science Ministry regulations, which is affiliated with the Oil Ministry.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the design, development, testing, document and analysis of modules or features of new or existing,2. Design, implement and maintain .Net application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),3. Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes,4. Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed,5. Provide exceptional customer service and IT Support to employees for all end user services,6. Image PCs and perform end user system installs, break/fix and/or removals in compliance with asset management and data security policies,7. Utilize remote takeover software capabilities to solve incidents and to train end users,8. Recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention,9. Perform root cause analysis for identified problems,10. Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support,11. Provide support for IT Projects and IT Service Delivery initiatives,12. Share resolutions with extended team and document in information knowledge base; Provide training to team members as needed13. Design and implement new features and provide input to improve existing features and designs
