I work at PT. Bumi Parama Wisesa which is JV company from Sinarmasland and Honkongland. This company will develop 68 Ha at BSD - Tangerang which is consisted of High rise, Mid rise, landed rise , mix use and other facilities. This development name is NAVA PARK. Nava park has as special tag line which is Higher Living. It means the project will deliver the highest standard of living area. To making in reality, I have 7 section head and 22 staffs to ensure our development to match with the quality, schedule and cost.

Shell Retail Indonesia started their business in Indonesia in 2004 with the first petrol station was at Lippo Karawaci. I joined when the total of petrol station was 18 nos. I played important role when Shell retail Indonesia did new development in East Java. It was success stories when 7 petrol stations opened to public in 2010. This success story was continued when Shell retail Indonesia delivered the first motorbike petrol station in Indonesia and become first motorbike petrol station in Shell world wide. As retail industry, time delivery is important for business. As green belt certified, I lead a lean project to improve construction time from 90 days to 62 days. This improvement was practiced at 3 construction sites successfully.
