Currently working with four student union partners, with different regulations and policies, to provide support for students experiencing academic, well-being, or financial challenges impacting their university experience.

• Advise and help students in the Chemical Engineering department with disability applications, processing 20 applications per term, and providing a safe space for them to express their concerns. • Organise well-being events, including ‘Wednesday walks’ and theatre trips to manage stress for students.

• Operated a 500 t/year reversible chemical absorption carbon capture pilot plant controlled using ABB 800xA industrial control software and enhanced operator workplaces with 250 transmitters, using major protocols. • Helped verify the operating characteristics of critical transmitters by modelling using Macros and gPROMS to optimise pumping efficiency at a safe operating level.

• Worked alongside the client management and equities research teams in analysing stocks and curating portfolios specific to the clientele base at SF. • Produced an internal paper comparing ESG (impact-driven) portfolios and traditional funds, to educate prospective investors on the long-term benefits of sustainable investing.

• Collaborated with senior analysts, listened in on investor relations presentations from relevant European companies and pitched investment ideas to the wider team on a weekly basis. • Presented a final paper to the head of the Global Fixed Income team for my final project on the downgrade likelihood of a renowned TMT company from investment grade to high yield.

• Built long-lasting relationships with regular customers, one of whom became an investor and business partner. • Adapted quickly to brewing all types of coffee beverages and baking Japanese patisserie to a high standard.
