Group Fitness Instructor for Seniors Exercise Classes on Zoom

This training that equips witnesses to intervene in hate - based attacks that have recently increased in frequency in Alberta. BIT was created originally in collaboration with the Saffron Sexual assault centre and uses their data. Currently, Bystander Intervention Training is delivered through Masjid in the Park with the support of Family and Community Services of Strathcona County. Despite being created to equip bystanders witnessing hate - based attacks occurring in Edmonton and greater Alberta, this training's intervention strategies are applicable and can extend to sexual assault in work - places as well as bullying in academic areas. We are pleased to have delivered this training to the greater Sherwood Park community as well as the Girl Guides of Canada and hope to have many more sessions in the future.
