After interning with YCA for an extensive period, I realized my passion for joining the remarkable team full-time to further my professional growth. In my role as an Integrated Design, Project, and Brand Associate, I had the opportunity to oversee and coordinate various projects and events while crafting compelling graphic design content and maintaining a captivating and consistent brand identity.During this time, I successfully managed two significant projects: the WAPDA Roadshow, which YCA assisted in organizing, and the SAR100 Capstone Week, which marked the culmination of a transformative leadership training program for women with engineering backgrounds. As the design lead for the Roadshow, I was responsible for creating all design displays, including banners, posters, and standees, and managed event logistics and the registration desk to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, I conducted interviews with key stakeholders from WAPDA and the World Bank regarding the Solar Project, fostering valuable connections in the process.For the SAR100 Capstone, I contributed to various design materials, assisted in event organization, addressed participant concerns, conducted insightful interviews with participants to capture their unique experiences, and delivered the capstone book promptly for presentation to our esteemed chief guest, Dr. Sudha Murty, at the SAR100 graduation ceremony.Although my tenure as a full-time employee at YCA was brief due to my relocation to the US, I seized every opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact for the company and its stakeholders.

This pipeline empowered customer service agents to efficiently address and elevate any issues they encountered using a specialized translation tool. My role encompassed comprehensive research, insightful interviews, creative ideation, and the creation of mockups. I had the privilege of interning at Yunus Center AIT (YCA) again, now as a full-time intern. YCA is a pivotal hub for the Yunus Masters in Social Business and Entrepreneurship—a visionary collaboration between Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). YCA's mission revolves around leveraging the potential of social enterprise to eradicate poverty, with a strong focus on gender equality and youth empowerment.In my role at YCA, I took on the responsibility of crafting and curating all design content for diverse purposes, including office materials and impactful social media campaigns. I conceptualized and executed design elements such as business cards, booklets, brochures, and posters, seamlessly aligning creativity with strategic communication goals. My involvement extended beyond design, as I oversaw their digital presence by managing social media accounts and optimizing the organization's website.Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in devising and implementing an effective marketing strategy for these platforms, ensuring YCA's impactful message reached a broader audience. My commitment to fostering growth extended to mentoring and training two new interns, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.I am proud to have contributed to YCA's mission-driven endeavors and look forward to continued engagement in initiatives that shape a more equitable and prosperous future.

During the period spanning from 2018 to 2020, I worked as a freelance English tutor, catering to both children and adults, concurrently with my private pursuit of completing my IGCSEs. My approach to teaching was dynamic and adaptable, tailored to the unique learning preferences of each client. For my younger learners, I crafted engaging lessons infused with games and artistic activities, fostering an enjoyable and effective educational experience. On the other hand, my adult clients benefited from immersive conversations, complemented by comprehensive reading and writing tasks and assignments.
