Worked as a Development Engineer to set up and develop a machine shop for manufacturing drilling equipment used in the oil & gas industry. In addition, conducted a research study on the liner hanger and its spare parts manufacturing methods.Personal Contribution:- Oversaw and selected the required machinery manufacturing tools based on the available budget and the final product requirements.- Obtained the required licenses and certificates for starting the machine shop. - Worked as the point of contact for our company's clients- Obtained 3D measurements of the spare parts using 3D measurement arms. - Designed the prototype of the spare parts and conducted FEA.

As a part of a proposed future mission to Titan by JPL, worked on designing and building a prototype of an in situ liquid sampling system for Titan's cryogenic lakes to be used for analyzing lake's chemical composition.Personal Contribution:Contributed towards designing and building the system prototype, specifically research into cryogenic conditions, identifying design constraints, material selection, computer aided design (SolidWorks), thermal analysis, flow simulation and report writing.Coordinated between the team and JPL advisors, provided critical design updates to JPL engineers and scientists for technical assessment of system design.
