I am an IT Support in a cosmetic company with more than 3 years experience in this field. With that experience I was given responsibility for problem solving in production data management so that it is connected to each other between divisions. I also communicate directly with users so that the data provided and the data reported are in accordance with user needs.There, I learned how to analyze data and set up dashboards to monitor performance and create data-driven action plans to make decisions. I am also familiar with analytical thinking to find problems, using Spreadsheets to analyze data efficiently, including data visualization and presentations. To improve technical skills as a data analyst and have completed several courses on data analysts, project management and UI/UX Research Design. With these skills and experience, I'm sure I can be a good candidate as a data analyst with strong analytical thinking.
