Jan 23 - Just retained as a paralegal (& automatically be appointed as Legal Assistant after Call to the Bar) after 9 months of chambering.I am excited to continue to grow & develop my skills within the firm and contribute to its success.

Apr 22 - My first 3 months here, I was mainly trained and exposed to various Intellectual Property-related assignments such as trademark application, written submission for trademark refusal, strategic meeting with brand owner and company etc.July 22 - After short call, now my master (En. Hafiz Zubir) has assigned me in the Litigation Department. Really looking forward to handle all litigation matters properly now and hone my legal skill throughout the remaining months after this pupillage.Aug 22 - I went to High Court Kuantan acting as the 2nd Chair for my master in a civil litigation case (main highlight) + many litigation related matter (LOD, SOC, SOD, NOA for Injunction etc) for various areas of laws. Such a rewarding pupillage!Sept 22 - I still am highly involved in Intellectual Property litigation matters. My main highlight this time around would be Anton Piller Ex Parte Injunction against one infringer of our client's IP.Oct 22 - 6 months of chambering, I've handled 20 Litigation files + 40 Trademark files.Dec 22 - Managed Intellectual Property matters including Trademark & Copyright Registration, & Litigation. I did some Counterfeit & IP Infringement report to Shopee for Clients as well. HZAC is now venturing into seminar & talk particularly in IP.

I built 9 libraries all over Malaysia within 3 years. Akademi Berbagi Buku is booklover community which aims to provide books for children in rural areas and foster homes. It is a saddening reality that there are children who is not privileged to read book due to poverty, hence we fundraise and build libraries so every child gets an education enabling them to choose their own life's path.

I helped to research and write memoranda, manage case files, do filing, copying, attend client meetings and attend trials hearings under the supervision of Dato' Hazizah Kassim throughout my 3 month of internship.
