I am detail-oriented and confident law graduate with a passion for tech which stems from the desire to learn new skills. My combined years experience in the education and retail sector honed my interpersonal skills, allowing me to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Working effectively within a team environment has always been a cornerstone of my approach. I recently completed Generation ‘UK and Ireland’ IT Support Bootcamp, where i further solidified my commitment to pursuing a career in IT Support. Through intensive training, I acquired expertise in diagnosing and resolving a broad spectrum of hardware, software, and networking issues. Yet, it was the emphasis on customer service skills that resonated most with me. I am dedicated to maximizing my potential in IT, and always striving to learn new things and perfect my skills I aspire to master and develop my knowledge in Networking and Cybersecurity and become an expert in one of these fields.
