I have had the opportunity to further expand these skills for better mastery.🌸 I started working at a very young age alongside my studies, and this has allowed me to experience a journey full of emotions, sometimes of joy, fun, and gratitude, but also of worry and fear.🎆 From this arose my interest in emotional intelligence and emotion management in a social context. I wanted to understand how all these emotions are triggered within me and in people who are experiencing the same journey as me.🌸 Today, I am passionate about behavior and organizational citizenship for a better understanding of professional postures, and the various elements that influence individual or collective performance.
