- Responsible for Air Arabia Maroc (3O) Spain, Netherland, Belgium, France and Swiss routes.- Utilizes flights and routes performance analysis to recommend & develop long-term business plans- Provide recommendations based on trends, issues, failures based on route performance and available reports- Constant monitoring of flights to optimize revenue and the utilization of seats based on commercial demands- Quoting of group fares based on current and future flight performance.- Co-ordinates with various stakeholders to suggest and plans for any tactical promotions, additions or cancellations of flights based on current demand- Make use of financial reports available to determine the optimum seat factor and yield combination ensuring profitability of assigned routes.- Regular benchmark analysis for the routes assigned to ensure medium/long term profitability - Planning, execution, and adaptation of fare classes and prices to reflect peaks and troughs in demand seasonality.- Updating and maintaining a collection of collated data to generate function-related and any other ad-hoc reports as needed.- Employ periodic feedback from other department to receive feedback on assigned routes and markets to strategize a more effective optimisation strategy- Identify promotional campaigns details (Sectors, duration, price) to Marketing & Corporate communication to boost underperforming routes.

- Manage a portfolio of routes (Route Group) and carry out daily pricing and inventory actions on each route in order to maximise revenue and to achieve budgeted goals.- Analyse historic and future booking activity through a variety of computer applications (revenue management system, reservation system, competitor fare monitors, reporting systems and Google Cloud Platforms) to aid in the decision making process.- Liaise with various key departments on group bookings, price promotions and changes to schedules and aircraft capacities.- Identifying holiday periods, sporting/special events an ensuring these peaks and troughs are correctly priced and inventory managed.- Participate in weekly trading meetings and assist in key commercial decisions by producing ad hoc analysis and offering recommendations to improve route performance.- To keep abreast of competitive environment and ensure AirAsia is competitive in the market- Monitor price levels against changing demands, seasons and market conditions at flight level.- Engage Sales & Marketing departments to drive seats sale in order to delivery budgeted revenue target.- Regularly conduct market analysis and provide accurate diagnostic reports to HOD.- Carry out flight management; all pricing and inventory management activities regularly to deliver expected yield, revenue and load factor.- Track forecast performance, peak events that indicate a variance in bookings from forecast and provide recommendation to HOD to increase network revenues
