I am an Engineer at Aurora Water where I engage with developers to improve and maintain the quality water infrastructure for the residents of Aurora, Colorado. I have an interest in water and wastewater treatment design and water resources engineering -- it brings me great joy to know that every day, I play a part in providing my community with the quality of life they enjoy today.In addition to my experience in engineering, I also have several years of experience within the customer service industry, during which I have learned effective ways of communicating with people from diverse backgrounds. As a result, I am able to engage with customers, colleagues and employers to identify their needs and successfully work with them to create solutions that satisfy them and beyond. I believe that this skill will be highly valuable during my future career as an engineer collaborating with colleagues of different skillsets and expectations.In my spare time, I like to hone my creativity by doing visual art studies and going on photography trips. I find that I thrive on being creative and creating images or items that bring meaning and utility to myself and the people around me. I look forward to bringing creative thinking to the table in my professional engineering career.
