Greetings, new friends. My name is Imani Fields, but I prefer to go by Mirahyah A. Over the last few years, I have studied child education and previously worked within a daycare that catered towards special needs children. In recent times, I worked as an administrative assistant for a non-profit organization that promoted art and creativity. My job set was to perform data entry, answer incoming calls, and assist teaching staff. The skills and techniques that I learned there peaked my interest in the customer service field and gave me the skills I needed to further my career.
