Intermediate Intervention Specialist
Current-Use Data such as progress reports, IEP/504's and areas of trouble, to provide individualized instruction plans to students serving in the Special Education Classroom. - Provide a classroom environment that is conducive to the learning, interest, appropriateness and abilities of the students.-Assist general education teachers in the development and implementation of instructional or behavioral strategies to insure success in the classroom.- Monitors and record the progress of an entire caseload and maintains records and communicates with parents and teachers on a regular. - Adheres to established laws, policies, rules, and regulations.- Encourages and acknowledges individual student accomplishments and appropriate behavior.-Provide small group instruction to help students reach IEP goals;- Record behavioral date to monitor misbehaviors;- Collaborate with school psychologist, counselors and social workers when needed.
