As General Manager I am responsible for ensuring the studio is running smoothly in every aspect, including; providing industry-best customer service, defining, examining and modifying processes, implementing and leading a successful business development arm, recruiting additional teammates as needed and leading by example a positive team environment.

As a creative leader devoted to driving innovations and crafting brand narratives that initiate relevant consumer experiences through digital mediums my responsibilities include new business development, creative team management, and digital strategy.

Responsibilities were to develop, embed and communicate the overall segment proposition by executing and tracking the overall strategy, growth and profitability of the personal, priority and business clients (SME).In addition drive customer experience through segment strategy, marketing planning, product offering, RM'S relationship, digital banking and other integrated deliveries in an attempt to grow the balance sheet in line with country business strategies.

Responsible for providing country-wide strategic direction, guidance and leadership to the formulation and deployment of an integrated digital banking strategy with the goal of building digital channels as preferred way to bank. The role includes the development of sales, payments and transaction capabilities using new-to-the-world technologies such as mobile and internet, for our digital channels .Key focus is developing robust channel and payments product offering on mobile and online channels as well as development of strategic partnerships and digital alliances to realise innovative collaborations.

Provide guidance to the organization to reach out to the audiences effectively.With over 4 years digital experience across art direction, design, development, copy-writing and commercial photography, I have worked on many successful projects, from large-scale global campaign sites to local online magazines and blogs.
