I am an experienced professional in the field of Environment and Sustainability, with over a decade of experience spanning local and international landscapes. I hold a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.I specialize in translating high-level sustainability strategies into actionable plans for our Property Development operations. My role involves tracking and monitoring ESG performance with a particular focus on achieving Net Zero and advancing Circularity through Integrated Waste Management.Working closely with the team at Group Sustainability and Safety & Sustainability practitioners at our operations, we ensure that the Group's sustainability targets are effectively met and continuously improved.My background prior to joining Sime Darby Property includes working as an Environmental Consultant and conducting research with a UK Water Company during my MSc and Postgraduate Research at Imperial College London.During my time at Imperial College, I focussed on adopting the Systems Approach to sustainability, focusing on analyzing European Union policies and developing collaborative strategies for the UK’s water and agricultural sectors.
