I'm Imani Byers-Quarterman, LCSW, MPH, PMH-C and I'm on a mission to to provide quality education, clinical support, and equitable access to to perinatal services to historically marginalized communities. I'm an expert at building purposeful connections; I'm highly skilled in facilitating deep connections with clients and I thrive in environments that allow me to develop significant person-centered connections with individuals and communities to establish trust, build rapport and encourage access to care. I'm a visionary, who has successfully launched and sustained a successful doula and consulting business at the top of the COVID-19 pandemic, where the primary focus is to increase visibility of the importance of doula and coaching support during the fertility, birth and postpartum journey's for all family dynamics. I'm an empowerment enthusiast-offering clinical and lay support in the arena of fertility, birth and postpartum and helping individuals and families move from a space of fear to confidently informed. I'm a systems enthusiast-with extensive experience in utilizing CRM systems to include Salesforce and Honeybook. I value the effective implementation of automations and consistent client follow up and management. I'm results driven-I want to see more families gain access to evidence based supports during the perinatal period and I am actively pursuing that by building solid community connections, and providing reputable resources to my clients and community partners.I'm deeply passionate and clear about my mission in the perinatal field.
