I have created a strategic road map for future growth and income while managing an operating budget of $900K annually. I administer all fiscal transactions including; journal vouchers, credit card transactions, accounts payable & receivable, travel and general reimbursements. I work closely with the MIT Chancellor's Office, President’s Office and other Institute offices to achieve the strategic goal of bridging graduate events within the MIT community. I am responsible for all aspects of event management with budgets ranging from $500 - $250,000 including: generating proposals, site selection, contract and cancellation negotiation, transportation arrangements, production of meeting materials, registration/database management, and on-site management.
