Managing a team of seven Business Development Executives (BDE/Direct Sales), devising plans and strategies in engaging clients, hiring new team members and help them develop new accounts, overseeing and scheduling team sales activity, motivating sales team to work as a unit.

Handling transactions and answering customer questions, deciphering the customer's needs, come up with the best solution and communicate it to the customer, and to some extent, selling existing customers new banking services and products.

A Wealth Management Consultant works closely with Team Leader in daily briefings and trainings to devise sales plan, focusing mainly in expanding our business through aggressive client acquisition and retention, understanding basic banking operations and investment products, keeping updated with the general market and economic movements, initiating client contact through phone and appointments, identifying clients’ needs and managing their portfolio, and building a network of clients and maintaining relationship with them.
