As a part of Asset & Liability Management Department in Market Risk Group, Pricing Management has the responsibility to manage Bank's pricing requirements:- Manage the required yield of loan for all segments based on the cost of funds, operational costs and cost of the risk contained within the loan (e.g. credit risk, liquidity & interest rate risk) in order to maintain the price of Bank's loan within its risk appetite and support the Bank to get the expected yield of loan- Support Bank’s ALM strategy in terms of pricing for loan & deposit products in order to maintain the expected NII & NIM- Provide Bank’s regulatory base lending rate (SBDK) for all loan segmentation

• Monitoring the liquidity risk exposure through ratios and cash flow projection to ensure their adherence to the Bank’s Policies & Procedures as well as the Central Bank’s regulations. • Analyzing and proposing liquidity strategy to ALCO in response to changes in market liquidity• Executing and monitoring ALCO resolution in cooperation with treasury and funding unit to ensure the effectiveness of the liquidity strategy• Conducting analysis for regulatory Risk Based Bank Report to ensure Bank’s risk profile match with management’s appetite• Producing periodic reports for regulator and management as a monitoring tools• Executing periodic and ad-hoc stress test and conducting necessary contingency plan to ensure Bank’s solvency in crisis• Conducting review to Bank’s standard procedures associated with liquidity risk• Providing education and in class training for management trainee to introduce liquidity risk and market risk in banking book• Member of Bank Mandiri Global Bond issuance Team

- Manage Credit risk exposure though ratios and debtors cash flow projection to ensure their payment collectability.- Perform risk analysis for new and existing credit proposal.- Perform quarterly and monthly review of debtor collectability- Involve in business process reenginering project

Study all aspect of banking, such as loan, deposits, risk management, treasury, branch operation, and asset liability management.
