As a Product Designer at AstraPay, I am responsible for creating innovative UX/UI solutions for financial services (Core Team), covering both web dashboards and mobile apps. Additionally, I contribute to the development of illustrations, icons, and occasionally design banners and logos to support the brand communication team. Utilizing tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Creative Suite, I ensure each design is effective and meets user needs.My design process includes initial ideation, research, collaboration, sketching, user flow creation, UI design, discussions with the development team, user testing, and final release. I frequently collaborate with teams from finance, design ops, operations, sysops, payment core, cash in, and other divisions to ensure that the solutions provided are implementable. The biggest challenge in my role is aligning stakeholder visions into feasible designs, which I tackle through intensive communication and a collaborative approach.Major projects I have worked on include redesigning the AstraPay homepage, the General Ledger dashboard, and optimizing the transfer page. These efforts have successfully increased transaction speed and reduced miss clicks. To measure user satisfaction, I conduct funneling tests and direct interviews for validation and feedback. As a result, I have resolved financial recording issues and enhanced app performance, demonstrating the positive impact of my solutions on the company.
