Program Relationship Manager in the small business segment with the job description:- Conducting business marketing activities in credit centers for the small business segment.- Analyze the credit application process and business credit analysis of the small business segment.- Manage relationships with debtors and potential debtors.- Monitor and maintain the quality of the credit portfolio in order to achieve the targets that have been set to provide optimal profit for the company.

The main task is to support and distribute the distribution of subsidized fertilizers (Urea Pupuk Indonesia& NPK PHONSKA) to farmers who have received RDKK. These tasks include:- Monitor and supervise the redemption and distribution of Subsidized Fertilizers from Distributors to Retailers in the working area- Conduct Subsidized Fertilizer Stock Opposition on line 3 (Warehouse Distributor) and line 4 (Retailer)- approved administration of Subsidized Fertilizers at Distributor level and Official Retailers- Accompanying Guests and the Audit Team related to Subsidized Fertilizers- make contributions with related agencies / organizations from the Government.- Inform the agreement and become a place for complaints from Farmers Regarding Subsidized Fertilizers.Another task is to increase sales of non-subsidized fertilizers (Urea Daun Buah, NPK Pelangi, Ecofert, Biotara, Biodex and ExtraGEN) for end consumers from individual farmers to national-scale plantation companies. My duties and authority include:- Make a list of customers and prospective buyers in accordance with the desired segmentation of the Company- Carry out the sales process in accordance with the predetermined target list- Prepare materials / tools to be used in the sales process for potential customers / potential buyers and present product knowledge- Do smart marketing in a good market of products held on the market.- Facilitating prospective customers in purchasing non-subsidized fertilizers
