One of my dreams in life is to participate in volunteerism, community service projects, and to contribute back to the society. Hence, I joined Small Changes MY which is a community based NGO that celebrates volunteerism to help the students with insufficient access to education.

The experience as the Trainee provided me with valuable exposure to diverse administration works and various real-life cases within society. I was given a chance to engage in a consultation session with a client on a case concerning the breach of contract and matters related to company law.

I was granted a full scholarship for my undergraduate studies and being chosen among top 69 scholarship recipients out of 2000 applicants in Malaysia. There were five (5) stages in total to be finished.

I attained an experience of being the Vice Director for the Environmental Law Project, under the Environmental Law subject. The project and/or online event is targeted for the high school students from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Danau Kota in Kuala Lumpur, aiming to raise awareness on various environmental issues. As the Vice Director, my role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities which includes creating and overseeing the planning alongside the execution of the programme by the committee members and the members throughout the entire process, from pre-event preparations to activities during and after the event. I also took on responsibilities of monitoring and leading the team, provided assistance and effective communication to the committee members, ensuring the team was aligned with the project's objectives and goals, and also communicated with the stakeholders.

I possessed an experience of being the Vice Director for the Community Service Project under the Community Service subject. The project and/or online event is targeted for the universities students across Malaysia, emphasising on the important topics of Organ Donation, and the Mental Health. As the Vice Director, I undertook various tasks involving conducting research, communicating with, and searching for potential speakers for the Mental Health Talk which involved drafting letters and emails, sending out, and replying emails by the recipients.Additionally, I led the activity bureau in crafting engaging games, conducting research for the content, creating materials, and/or activities for the participants. I also possessed the role of Moderator and/or Host for the Mental Health Talk, guiding the discussions with the Speaker alongside conducting research, preparing the list of questions, and content to facilitate the discussion.

My tasks involving drafting related documents and letters, searching for potential sponsors, and communicated with assorted companies, book publisher and law firms in Malaysia for ALSA Malaysia Law Review Competition 2021. The team managed to secure the highest sponsorship package with a law firm in Kuala Lumpur.

- Oversees academic-related activities under ALSA UiTM, determined the suitable activities and/or topics to be carried out by ALSA UiTM and conducted various research on the speakers and topic background.- Held various positions for the events under ALSA UiTM, spanning from the faculty-level events to the National and International events.- Hosted and acted as the Director for ALSA Malaysia Legal Podcast titled “Life as a Corporate Lawyer: All You Need to Know” in Spotify, Apple Podcast and Google Podcast, and worked with the lawyer, Ms. Grace Teo Shi Kay, the former Senior Associate from Zaid Ibrahim & Co and Skrine as the Guest Speaker.- Spearheaded ALSA Malaysia Online Conference 2021 as the Co-Chairperson and/or Director with Asian Law Students’ Association Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (ALSA UKM).- Acted as the Emcee for ALSA UiTM Webinar titled “Self-Marketing: What’s in A Resume and LinkedIn Profile?”

Handled payments through various mediums such as cash, credit card, and online transactions for customers. I was also assigned to assist and providing relevant information for the customers towards the desired products. I have worked for two terms, in November 2019 until February 2020, and from February 2021 until March 2021 during my semester break.
