Reporting under Automation Department which responsible in planning, implementing, and monitoring such automation project and system in the company. 1. Build Automated loader for CNC Machine which involves in PLC programming, electrical wiring, robot programming, servo/stepper motor setup, and HMI configurations. 2. Troubleshoot machine for major and minor errors based on root cause analysis. 3. Alter robot programming in order to increase the productivity and do robot teaching for different product cavity. 4. Monitor Existing and upcoming Internal or Vendor Automation project and report in the monthly meeting. 5. Manage the machine spare parts such as sensor, actuator, servo/stepper motor etc. 6. Manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) details with vendor by weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually in order to sustain the machines performance. 7. Support the Auto Buffing Department in solving quality issues, technical issues and prepare the Work Instruction (WI) for new machine arrival.

I have been assigned to JIG DEVELOPENT MECHANICAL (JDM) department which is very important in production sector. Throughout my internship programme, I have been asked to complete so many tasks and assignments. JDM is responsible in preparing jig or tool for the operator in doing their works easily and safely.TASK:1. Design a Jig In Sony EMCS, we use either SolidWorks or Inventor based on their preference to design . Trainee is given a much simpler and less complex jig to design while being monitored.2. Jig Assembly and FabricationA fabricated jig will come in a many parts, so we technicians and trainee are required to assemble based on the drawing made.3. Jig TestingAfter installation of Jig is done at the production line, a few test must be made to confirm the behaviour of the Jig is the same as they wanted. After that, the observation must be discuss between design department to confirm the usage of the Jig to proceed.4.Jig Installation and Maintenance Usually the jig is installed at least a week before the trial to prepare some time for troubleshoot and adjustment. Besides that, maintenance for new jig is also done if needed.
