It Project Manager
Current* Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior management and stakeholders.* Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget estimates.* Assembling and leading cross-functional project teams, including IT specialists, developers, analysts, and external vendors. Assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring team performance to ensure project alignment.* Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.* Tracking project progress, managing changes, and addressing issues or obstacles that may arise. Conducting regular status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.* Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. Proactively managing and resolving project issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executive sponsors. Developing and executing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Addressing stakeholder concerns and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.Projects & Achievements* Government CRM: A Microsoft Azure / Dynamics 365 based CRM system automating citizen service requests throughout Greek Public Sector. Interoperability with gov.gr providing 360View and BPMN services. Major RRF initiative driven by GSIS (Ministry of Digital Governance).* State Chemical Laboratories new Integrated IT system: Open-source based IT system providing full coverage of all procedural aspects of the entity. Major RRF initiative driven by Independent Authority of Public Revenue (AADE).
