KRA: Meeting with Clients to discuss website design, architecture & functions. And then designing and building the website accordingly (front-end). Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration. Generating wordpress themes and plugins.

KRA: Interacting with retailers & channel partners, adhere to KYC process. Responsible for deployment and maintenance of Paytm branding for transport merchants. Acquisition of merchants, channel partners with daily, monthly targets. Resolving merchant’s queries and coordination with Internal Stakeholders for quick resolution of the same. Providing training to the merchant with Paytm App & ensuring its usage of merchandising items, QR codes & stickers at the outlets. Eliciting feedback from Partners Customers, channel, Merchants and sharing the same with Team Leaders to improve product offering in the market.

KRA: Teaching the Computer Science Subject to the students of Class VI to Class X. Imparting practical computer training to the students. Conducting various workshops and training programmers for Computer Education to the fellow faculty members and other administrative staff of the school.
