Played a pivotal role in developing a unified identity framework for the GoTo ecosystem, consolidating user data from diverse organizations into a single storage solution.This initiative aimed to seamlessly integrate cross-platform functionalities and consolidate user profiles across multiple apps. Our system efficiently managed user profile data for both applications, achieving a peak throughput of approximately 6 million requests per minute (RPM) while ensuring low latencies as minimal as 5-10ms for reads (without caching). To cater to users worldwide, we implemented multi-region support, guaranteeing low read latencies across diverse geographical locations.In addition, Engineered a custom solution to enable Multi Record Transaction (MRT) support on Aerospike, a NoSQL database. This solution provided precise concurrency handling and incorporated relational database-like constraints, all while maintaining low latencies and ensuring read-after-write consistency. Through careful monitoring and optimization, our highly scalable service was capable of handling a peak load of 6 million RPM within the same region, with sub-5ms read and write latencies, and sub-75ms latencies for cross-regional traffic.Leveraging GRPC protocol for internet request serving, we ensured efficient communication across the network.Additionally, helped move over 600 million accounts from three different data sources into one central database. Customized database solutions were designed and put into action by the team to streamline information retrieval across various datasets.These solutions maintained high performance and accuracy, facilitating faster access to critical information.

Developed the Account Linking Service, facilitating users to leverage the combined benefits of the Gojek and Tokopedia ecosystems, fostering increased engagement and transactions across both platforms. This initiative aimed to expand the user base, attaching user wallets and driving transactions by providing seamless access to shared benefits on loyalty programs.Engineered the Homologue Session Strategy for the Identity stack, introducing a time-based multi-session strategy to bolster security measures against Account Takeover (ATO) threats, triggered by the detection of new devices during login.Implementing the backend solution for web logins within the identity stack of the Gojek app, focusing on user authentication and verification processes. Additionally, worked on developing a Kong Plugin, specifically tailored for Gojek Merchants which were supported via OAuth 2.0. Played a key role in migrating merchant teams' live traffic from the previous disparate Kong stack to the unified Kong stack 2.0.
