Bridgette is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations & Real Estate Officer at bettr homes. Bridgette’s mission to utilize her talent, skills and experience to make a positive difference in the world drives the vision of bettr homes - a green, net-zero builder aimed at disrupting the homebuilding industry with bettr, faster, more efficient and healthier building practices. Bridgette began her Real Estate career in the Multi-Family Housing and Development Management Industry in 2003. She has owned and operated several single family property management and Investment companies that focused on purchasing, renovating and selling thousands of single family home projects across the South. Bridgette’s passion for Real Estate and mentorship also had her play an instrumental part within the Real Estate Investing educational space as a Mentor and curriculum writer for several reputable companies. Bridgette brings key leadership skills, passion, and takes pride in creating and maintaining the culture here at bettr homes. Bridgette began her career as a Senior Recruiter for a Fortune 500; Berkshire Hathaway Company. She then successfully transitioned into the Multi-Family Housing Management and Development Industry in 2003.In 2007, Bridgette, never being one for comfort, opened a full-service property management company which primarily serviced Real Estate Investors. Seeing a need for skill development, Bridgette began focusing on educating Real Estate Investors. Bridgette played an instrumental part within the Clever Investor Management team and was responsible for the Fulfillment / Mentoring Department.Among her many accomplishments, Bridgette has been acknowledged as having Mastery level experience in single and multi-family investments, building, renovations and property management. In her personal time, she enjoys giving back to her community. She also enjoys writing and music. She has owned and managed a variety of successful businesses from Real Estate to Mentorship and has still managed to balance her profession, her many passions and most importantly her family. She is a woman of many hats and she wears them well.The best way to describe Bridgette is someone who truly believes you can have it all and will do everything in her power to share that with everyone she comes in contact with.
