I am a proven Salesforce Design and Development Specialist with over 10+ years of End-to-End Project and Product Management. I take the pieces on the floor and make a working viable solution moving forward. Starting my journey into computers at the age of 3 with my TI-994A, and mixing in 8 years as a Public School Choir Director, and over 25 as a professional musician, I have been able to create a synergy of real-world experience, plus outside-the-box thinking with little budget, which has lead to the tremendous opportunity of creating 5 product suites and managing the SDLC of 12.I have specialized in .NET, Salesforce, and other web based solutions and have designed the front end and back end for both.Currently, I work in more low-code/no-code environments, pulling out my IDE only when it's needed and focusing on collaborating and managing a remarkable team of enthusiastic bright individuals who I lucky to work with. On my "free" time, I'm work with a fly-in-by night secret agent team, setting up conferences on-site, virtual, and mobile presence, audio/video coordinating, internet prep, special events, emergency response, and ringer for speaking on stage. Finally, doing some writing and presenting of my own on the side.I also serve as a consultant to non-profit entities for the execution of complex Salesforce configurations and service delivery.I live outside of Greensboro NC with my wonderful Wife, dog, and a pig on our little farm on the other side of the river.
