- In tanks functional group, cooperated with multidiscipline including project manager, process group, piping group, and construction group for mega projects (Rio Grande, Port Arthur, Driftwood, CPC Taichung Phase III, Natrium Reactor, Yanacocha Sulfides, Ammonia Storage Tank)- Performed FEED design for ammonia storage(hydrogen) tank based on client’s specification/requirement.- Generated procurement data sheets for tank components, and reviewed vendor’s specifications. - Provided solutions for various design issues by conducting FE Analyses including nozzle stiffness calculation, LNG tank foundation heating, blast resistance evaluation, seismic analysis with hydro-dynamic pressure, roof air-raise, and panel reinforcement. - Designed outlet pipes and its supports (tank cool-down spray ring and LNG fill pipelines) inside of a tank per ASME B31.3.- Created calculation reports for various components of the tank including liner plates, bearing ring, thermal expansion joints, LNG pump nozzles, monorails, concrete embed plates and studs, pipe penetration, anchor straps/bolts per API-620, 625, 650.
