I am a Registered Music Therapist and mental health advocate who creates positive change through music. I am a PhD Candidate at Western Sydney University, have a Master of Music Therapy degree and a Neurologic Music Therapy certificate. I work with children and adults with various needs, such as autism, dementia, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use music to help them improve their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social skills. I also use music to inspire and empower them to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.I am passionate about raising awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues. I share my own experiences and insights through social media platforms. I also collaborate with other mental health professionals and organizations to promote well-being and resilience in the community.I am a lifelong learner who loves to explore new ideas and perspectives. I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, and playing various musical instruments. I believe that music is a universal language that can connect us all and make the world a better place.
