Managed a Mission Critical Government Project on developing & implementing CCTNS Project (Crime and Criminal Tracking and Network Systems) for Government of Madhya Pradesh, India. The project was in MS Technologies. Few of my responsibilities include - • Facilitate Release planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, review, retrospectives, and stakeholders meetings. • Protect scrum team from outside distractions, remove impediments, resolve team conflicts and maintain focus on sprint/product backlog and project timeline. • Work closely with product owner in product backlog management and continuous delivery of features. • Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework among team members and key stakeholders. • Facilitate & motivate scrum team for continuous improvement to achieve higher productivity. • Empower teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionality. • Evaluate information radiators and scrum issues on regular basis. Track team velocity, burndown charts and communicate sprint/release progress with stake holders. • Facilitate regular peer reviews & identify the area of improvements. • Facilitate backlog reviews, impromptu meetings as needed to remove impediments reported by scrum team, which could require attention of stake holders or cross-teams collaboration and or escalation. • Facilitate a good and respectful working environment, conditioning and empowering the team to be self-managed.

The primary job here was to ensure that the project teams have the resources they need and establish budgets and allocate people and technical resources to individual teams. Taking agile to next level NextGen with point based system. Set objectives, assign tasks, allocate budgets and agree to timetables for achieving intermediate and overall goal and also set review dates to ensure that projects remain on target. Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving. Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
