At every stage of the product lifecycle, I strive to contribute to the success of the team.My responsibilities include analyzing daily Red-Bin rejections, monthly Pareto, cost vs PPM, and handling any quality abnormalities. I also conduct monthly Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for the topmost defects. I maintain records of in-house and customer complaints, as well as past defect history of in-house.To ensure that our operators and supervisors are well-trained, I provide training according to TNI, update skill matrices, conduct skill evaluations, and maintain records. Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring that inspection equipment is calibrated and validated as per the plan, and maintaining records.I conduct various audits, including 5S Audit, Layered Audit, Process Audit, Product Audit, and Customer Audit. I also conduct weekly meetings to analyze hold parts, including supplier parts, customer return parts, and in-house.Also, I verify all inspection reports such as layout, First-off Part (FOP), Last-off Part (LOP), testing reports, PDI reports, operation standards, work instructions, or other relevant documents.
