Responsibilities included: corporate due diligence and agreement review.Worked as a summer student to Rabel Akhund - Managing Partner at Akhund Forbes Corporate Law Firm on a red flag due diligence for an initial public offering of a major telecommunications corporation operating nationally in Pakistan. My responsibilities included reviewing approximately three hundred documents for any clauses that would be triggered in the event of a change of control. These documents included but were not limited to: marketing materials, infrastructure agreements, and frame agreements.

Worked as a Legal Assistant to corporate and real estate lawyer Satwinder Singh Gosal - Senior Partner at RZCD Law Firm, and Usman Asghar Bhatti – Associate at RZCD Law Firm.My responsibilities included handling a large volume of real estate files (residential and commercial); drafting documents (corporate and real estate), drafting and filing incorporation documents, drafting and filing corporate amalgamation documents, organising company minute books, drafting share transfer/ purchase resolutions, bank and client reports, account reconciliation, off title searches, office supplies management, as well as correspondence with major banks, city services and clients.
