With a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Science, I am passionate about improving the quality of life and well-being. My research interests include arsenic adsorption, synthesis and characterization of biochar, and minimizing waste through compost bin engineering. I have published my findings in Q1 journals and presented them at international conferences.I have conducted the Waste Amount Compositional Survey in three cities/towns (Mirpurkhas, Mardan, and Nawab Shah) of Pakistan, designed a waste bank model, and established an Integrated Resource Recovery Center with WSSCM for Mardan City. I gained experience in Drinking Water, Wastewater, Air Quality, Noise Monitoring, and Soil Testing at Fata Water Resources and Development Project funded by the Asian Development Bank with STEPS Environmental Laboratories.Currently, I serve as a Visiting Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Sciences, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. My teaching courses are "Everyday Science, Natural Science, and Introduction to Environmental Sciences". In addition, I am responsible for implementing and managing the Green Youth Movement (GYM) club activities at the university, an initiative by the Prime Minister of Pakistan. During my work as a Research Assistant at AWKUM, I was the founding member of the Environmental Engineering Laboratory. Where, I gained experience in project and laboratory management, report writing, analytical research, magnetic biochar synthesis, and pyrolysis. I am actively involved in co-curricular and social activities. The honorable Vice Chancellor AWKUM awarded me "The Shining Star Gold Medal" and "Role of Honor" for my outstanding performance in co-curricular, academic, and research activities in 2020 and 2022, respectively. I am actively looking for research and project collaborations with academia and industries, a PhD position in Environmental Science and Engineering, and short-term projects/assignments.
