I have worked with Toyota and Nippondenso learning directly from experts in TPS. Conducted more than 200 continuous improvement projects in companies including Ford, Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. (MACI), Tenneco, Masco Tech, Delco Remy America, Echlin, Flexfab Horizons, Longwood Elastomers, Freudenberg-NOK, and Goodyear. Some of my achievements include:Introduced a lean manufacturing system resulting in a reduction of safety issues by 32%, a 44% improvement in productivity, 73% reduction in WIP, 74% reduction in set-up time, 70% reduction in lead time, 52% reduction in travel distance, and 36% improvement in space utilization.Introduced a visual management system that provides immediate feedback to shop floor associates as well as management.
