I am an engaging leader that positively impacts operations within the supply chain, distribution and logistics industry. My experiences gained over a successful career of coaching, change management and conflict resolution drive my passion for Team development towards continuous improvement. I believe that Leadership is managing each contributor's unique skills, talents and experience towards S.M.A.R.T objectives and that better Leadership is providing a Team/individual the opportunity and support to turn a "have to" into a "want to". I have achieved this level of engagement at various stages of my career. Being accountable and responsible to direct reports, colleagues and customers has provided positive results in efficiencies, process improvements and labour relations. Engaging internal and external customers through effective communication and accountable action is the basis for sustainable relationship building. My ability to effectively communicate with senior executives or entry level Team members, unionized or non, work environments have proven results.
