Working as an engineering manager my role is to design, architect, develop, iterate and manage multiple projects simultaneously keeping timelines and scope intact. Managing a team of 8 engineers and responsible for their mentorship, growth, performance evaluation and job satisfaction. Provide assistance to teams to collaborate for adherence to timeliness, quality and scope. Few main projects are:● Quiz sites - almost 30 quiz sites and theirs CMS are run from a single codebase.● Two projects which enable visitors to send anonymous messages to their friends.● A site to provide online games● A central admin project to operate all of the client websites(like quiz sites, feedback sites, game site, ..)This provides all the content, translations, ads, settings, features to the client websites.● A React Native App for Android namely BFF Test Quiz
