• Data entry- ensuring accurate financial records are kept.• Utilities accounts payment - ensuring payments are made and approved in time.• Assist with ad hoc finance/accounting projects.• Check if correct GL and cost centers are used.• Assist with monthly accrual reports.• Assist prepare presentations as required from time to time.• Gaining insight of costs and planning meetings.

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs received in respect of: - Travel reimbursement - Banking details (new and change) - Ad hoc salary payments (off cycle payments) - Terminations and new hires - Benefits, taxes, garnishment and other deductions • Provide administrative support to the HR department • Respond to employees queries about salaries, deductions, benefits and taxes.• Assist HR with screening and coordination of interviews. • Coordination of exit interview process.• Verification of candidates qualifications via MIE/VALinfo • Update and maintain employees records.• Update and manage all HR document forms
