Act as a liaison representing Division Management/Operations/Rotating Watches with various internal and external agencies. Test, purchase, and inventory control of chemical supplies such as polymers, disinfection and odor control chemicals and process aiding chemicals and process equipment prior to purchase. Participate in Budget Preparation and expenditure analysis. Train, mentor and evaluate staff.
