With over 25 years of experience as a nurse and 16 as a nurse practitioner, educator, and administrator, I bring a wealth of clinical and operational knowledge, skills, and insights to the role of Dean.My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among students, faculty, and staff, and to prepare the next generation of nursing leaders who can meet the evolving health care needs of the community. I am passionate about integrating evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and interprofessional education into the curriculum, and enhancing the student experience through hybrid, digital, and experiential learning. I also leverage my network of partnerships with health care organizations, professional associations, and community stakeholders to advance the school's research, outreach, and advocacy initiatives.
