• Provide high-level technical support for CTI projects and Contact Centre products, i.e. QMaster, that are part or a business offering or integrated solution by NEC Business Solutions.
• Perform high-level fault management, testing and diagnosis for CTI application products including fault-database management and preparing action-plans and status reports.
• Perform software evaluation tests of CTI application products.
• Write operational procedures and technical reports for the Section. Ensure that all published reports are clear, complete and concise and meet reasonable standards for presentation.
