Regional oversight for the South Texas Supply Chain Operations which consisted of two warehouses, two yards, 28 employees and over $28.8 MM in assets and materials.ERP CHANGE MANAGEMENT CO-LEADNov 2015 - Nov 2018Selected to formed part of the PMO / CMO core project team that led the enterprise ERP selection and implementation. This was a three-year long project implementation of Oracle, Ariba, Quorum and Workday with budget impact of $150MM. Led organizational change management activities using the ADKAR model to ensure clear understanding and targeted communication to drive change adoption and sustained utilization. Responsible for all change management plans and activities including stakeholder analysis, communications plan, change impact / risk analysis plans, change readiness assessments, security access, role mapping and training development.
