Apprentice in the sizing department of GE Power Conversion. Various types of projects : Marine field (Boats propulsion); Power quality projects (Installation of converters to improve the quality of the network); Industry field (Rolling mill).Main tasks : - Mechanical study of the system: Calculation of physical quantities such as power, torque and rotation speed. - Basic Design: Generally defining the components of the system and checking the consistency between them. - Components specification: Drafting of the transformer, drive and motor assembly specification. - Specific study: Harmonic and transient study.

I seized the opportunity to participate in a co-op Internship program offered through a parternship with GE to gain practical and real world experience.- Type of project : Metallurgy, Hot rolling mill project - Main task : Designing an AC drive system for the stands (Transformers, drives and motors sizing).- Acquired skills : Electrotechnical skills (motors, drives, transformers), Autonomy, Communication, Collaboration, Adaptability.

Having a music degree, transfering my knowledge and teaching keeps me playing sharp, it's rewarding hearing someone playing a song you helped them learn !

I had the opportunity to perform internship at the Tunisian company of electricity and gas (STEG) abroad which allowed me to acquire working methods based on problem solving as well as optimization and the design of industrial systems and above all carrying out missions in complete autonomy as well as as a team.
